Pipeline
The JETIP pipeline is the national portfolio of projects under implementation or development that directly contribute to North Macedonia’s Just Transition Roadmap (JTR). It includes both investment and non-investment activities—from renewable energy deployment and grid upgrades to reskilling programs and local diversification initiatives.

What the Pipeline Represents
The JETIP pipeline brings together government, development partners, and private investors to finance projects that advance a fair, inclusive, and sustainable energy transition. It reflects ongoing and upcoming investments supporting renewable energy, regional development, and workforce transition under the Accelerated Coal Transition (ACT) Investment Plan.

• Albania 400 kV interconnector will enhance two- way trade & regional integration. |
| Jobs and Workforce |
• Reskilling programs for 2,000+ workers are planned. • EUR 2.3m funding mobilised by EBRD for 20+ certified curricula. • 600+ ESM workers already in training – 10+modules for selection. |
• Training centers in Bitola, Kichevo, Ohrid expanding capacity for solar, grid, trading, and green jobs. |

• New SMEs emerging in coal regions. • Improved local air quality observed during reduced coal output. |
